Horses & ranch life
Horses have been part of Dr. Mary's life since childhood. The patience, trust, and attunement that horsemanship requires mirrors what she brings to patient care — presence, groundedness, and a willingness to meet you where you are.
The Pacific Northwest
From the Wallowa Mountains to the Oregon Coast, Dr. Mary has a deep love for the land she grew up on and the region she serves. The PNW's relationship with nature, outdoor culture, and wellness is woven into the identity of Cove Naturopathic.
Community & connection
Growing up in a small town teaches you that people are healthier when they feel known, supported, and cared for — not just physically, but relationally. That's the spirit she brings to every patient interaction, even across a screen.
Philosophy of care
At Cove Naturopathic, care begins with listening. Every patient brings a unique story — their health history, their environment, their goals, and their fears. Dr. Mary takes the time to understand all of it.
Rather than suppressing symptoms with short-term solutions, the naturopathic approach seeks to identify and address root causes. This might mean uncovering nutritional deficiencies, identifying environmental triggers, supporting detoxification pathways, or rebalancing the nervous system.
The goal is always the same: to help you feel your best, sustainably, in a way that makes sense for your life.
